1. Cover neck and chest area with a plastic bag to protect from dripping.

2. Apply blackstrap molasses thoroughly over entire face and front of neck. Avoid eyes, although it is not harmful.

3. Let sit for one hour. May put a slice of potato or cucumber on each eye.

4. Remove with warm water only. Do not use soap.
