Broths, vegetables and white meat such as chicken and fish.
For the first 2 weeks I wouldn't recommend eating any meat.
Leave it for week 3!
Let your body gradually come back to it's original state. This will be worth your while later on.
If you do not have anyone to wait on you...
Precook and freeze the gentle foods just before you go into labor. You can cook enough for at least 2 weeks.
Think about you body.... it was in shock.
It needs love and care.
