Operated on an interesting case of chubby cheek Rt side ,the oral mucosa had a purplish blue hue ,I suspected av malformation along with lipomatosis ,patient had undergone liposuction elsewhere and had a recurrence ,the post surgery specimen shows pure fatty swelling well encapsulated along with phleboliths and vascular lesions,the tumor was deprecated easily from facial nerve and vessels and buccinator and ant edge of masseter,my preop diagnosis was vindicated.This patient was referred to me by my colleague Dr Manish Goyal ENT Surgeon short black formal dresses
