Gestational haemorrhage

So I am 11 weeks along with an indentical twin pregnancy. From week 8 to week 10 I lightly bled brown blood/discharge and then it stopped. I just got my 10 weeks ultrasound and it says "...this is complicated by a peri gestational haemorrhage posterior to twin A gestational sac. This measures 45x21x6mm. It is sheet like. It is long and thin and overall volume is very small. It is new since the last ultrasound from 17/02/17. Twin B looks uncomplicated.....both twins remain viable." small sized girl wearing for party

So im guessing my question is has anyone else has had this and what it meant for their baby/babies etc etc. Little bit worried that since bleeding stopped ive possibly lost baby A??
